The echoResponce function is not actually returning
the data that is expected by the mpm_client resulting
in the client generating a large number of unexpected
pluginReconnect calls.

May have to manually removed the reconnect.db if it
is already making multiple reconnect requests.

This setup a fold called plugins that contains
a single file that is a copy of the stub_plugin
from the iotivity bridgin folder. With a few minor
changes.

This commit also contains the build script additions
to build the plugin.

This does not contain a client to launch the plugin
the mpm_sample_client from iotivity will be needed
to start the plugin for the time being.

This became necessary since get() will now throw a
RCSBadGetException if the types don't match, or the
attributes type is null.

Using the always on color option causes problems when the output
is piped into another program. Having color diagnostics is useful
when building via the terminal. Adding the COLOR build option
allows the developer to specify when the diagnostics color is used
or not used.

This option does not change anything about the build it just
add formating to the build output making things like errors
stick out more when building via commandline.

Since the query params are used in both the client and the service
it is a magic string that should be avalible via a header file.

In addition to adding them to the header file, strings were shortened
to help avoid the 64 character query string limit.

This change makes a maximum delay time for blocking calls
this will cause the call to timeout if the remote service
fails to respond in an indicated amount of time.
