[CA][TIZEN][BLE] Client Unable to send unicast message in TIZEN BLE network

[Procedure]

  1. [Server] Initialize CA

  2. [Server] Register the handlers

  3. [Server] Select BLE network

  4. [Server] Start Server

  5. [Client] Initialize CA

  6. [Client] Register the handlers

  7. [Client] Select BLE network

  8. [Client] Start Client

  9. [Client] Create remote endpoint for server to send unicast request to server using server ble address

  10. [Client] Generate a token

  11. [Client] Send unicast request messages to the server using CASendRequest API

  12. [Server] Server will attempt to received that request message

  13. [Server] Server will returned a response to client.
    [Expected]

Server will get the request from client and client will get server response
[Actual]

Client message isn't successfully sent to server. Instead error handler is called.
